In Progress How to set the referring Domain in forward

I have cPanel from my webhost for my website and I resell domains.

I was wondering if this was possible with .htaccess or similar.

I own domain1.com

so if domain2.com gets entered into the address bar it automatically forwards like this...

domain1.com/folder/?domain2.com


I have 500 domains set to forward to domain1.com/folder/

But I would love if the referring domain could be in the address bar and I know the browser ignores everything after the ?

The reason I am asking is because I can bulk change 500 domains to forward to domain1.com/folder in my godaddy control panel.

If I want my final domains to look like this I need to edit each one

mydomain.com/inquiry/?domain2.com

So I am looking for a way that the address url gets added after the ?


Just taking a stab in the dark to see if that is possible

I could unfortunately not find a way to get this exact setup. Perhaps some users here could offer input.
