We have a nonprofit that uses an alias list for their board members. On our old server (no cpanel) we'd set them up in the aliases file as:

    board: user@domain.com, user2@domain.com, user3@someISP.com, etc etc

And when email was sent to board@domain.com, a copy would go to all of the emails listed.

How can customers do this on their own using cpanel without us having to manually do it without cpanel?

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

    Go on, have a guess
You can also just use a comma separated list of email addresses in a Forwarder.
