Could you be a little more specific?

Are you looking to find out how to set up a VPS and then host an account on it?

In that case, I'm sure a good option would be:

    1) Find a suitable VPS provider
    2) Install cPanel
    3) Profit!

    What problems are you encountering?

Thanks for your help! My problem is: i help one hosted account to install oscommerce in our server. This account's place is different from our server'place. So i have to change the timezone of oscommerce. I tried, but i could not change the timezone of oscommerce. So i think maybe i can set up this account on a virtual server, then i can change the time zone using whm.
