In your cPanel account you should see a category called Mail. In there you should see "Email Accounts". Click on that. In there you can set up your email accounts.

You may also find the following sections of our documentation to be helpful:

Email Accounts
cPanel Mail
cPanel User Guide

Note that before creating mail accounts, you must create a cPanel account in the WebHost Manager, and log into the cPanel account. The following sections of our documentation explain how to create a cPanel account in the WebHost Manager:

Account Functions
Create a New Account

If you have a shared cPanel hosting account (i.e. you do not log into the WebHost Manager as root, or do not know what this is), then the WebHost Manager does not apply to you. The cPanel documentation links I mentioned first will be the only ones that are relevant.

You should not be trying to create an e-mail account using the WebHost Manager.

It is very difficult to assist you when we cannot see exactly what you are seeing, and are not sure what part of the interface you are navigating. Please answer the following question:

Do you log into the WebHost Manager as the user "root"?

If you do not log into the WebHost Manager as the user "root", or do not know what this is, it would probably be best for you to contact your host for more individualized assistance.

If you do log into the WebHost Manager as the user "root", you first need to create a cPanel account. I provided links to documentation that explain how to do this in my previous post. Once you have created a cPanel account, you need to log into cPanel for that account. You can do this by clicking Main >> Account Information >> List Accounts in the WHM, and then clicking the "cP" icon next to the account name.

You can also log into cPanel for an account you have created by using one of the following URLs:

http://ip_address:2082
https://ip-address:2083

Replace ip_address with your server's actual IP address.

Once you have logged into cPanel, there is an icon labeled Email Accounts. Click it. You will see a form that allows you to create a new mail account. It is in the middle of the page after you click Mail Accounts. I provided links to documentation that explains this in full in my previous post.

Here is a screen shot of the main cPanel page:

Here is a screen shot of what you will see after you click Email Accounts:

The second screen shot shows the form you will use to create an e-mail account. Enter the desired mailbox name, enter the password twice in the boxes provided, and click Create Account.
