The most direct method would be to go to WHM > Account Functions > Create A New Account

However you may want to first create a new package and then specify that when creating the account. You can create a package from WHM > Packages > Add Packages.

A package is a set of pre-defined properties for a hosting account, such as a certain amount of diskspace, bandwidth and features.

Out of curiosity... have you read the manual/documentation on the cpanel site yet? It's seems like you're asking a lot of questions that would have been answered if you'd read the manual... :)

I am sorry for that. I have read the documentation before. But I forgot some basic knowledge of WHM. I think it is easy to ask someone from forums. And i very like this forums because i get many great help from here. I am sorry to keep asking the basic things here. In the future i will do some study before i ask question here.

    very basic....isn't it

With due respect to you sir, but don,t you think that both cpanel and WHM manuals available at cpanel are a bit too basic, what I mean to say is that it presumes quite a lot that users of cpanel and whm are well informed but isn't there some place where detailed manuals for both are available. Something that will explain hands on how to configure cpanel and whm in complete detail.

From the sound of it, you are probably seeking tutorials and not manuals.

I suggest using google with the search of: whm tutorials

you will find many videos for every function of whm.
