    Hello alll,

I added new secondary disk on our dedicated server. Its named as "home2".

I have some doubts on it.

    1. How to setup (or) use the /home2 disk for hosting accounts and backup?

Will the WHM automatically take the space form /home2 for hosting accounts?

    Please clear my doubt.

    Thanks in advance.

You should have started a new thread rather than digging a old one... anyways,

yes, you can host accounts on /home2. Just when you wish to start hosting accounts on /home2, go to WHM >> "Basic cPanel/WHM Setup" >> set "Default Home Directory" to /home2 >> Save.

The home directories of new accounts will then be created on /home2 and these accounts will be backed up as well.
