Hello All :)

I trust this message finds you all well.

Could anyone tell me how to show/Share/Sync all cPanel email addresses with any email on same domain.
For Example: I have two emails [email protected] and [email protected]
So when user [email protected] log into his email he can access all contacts of [email protected] and vise versa.

Thank & Regards

Hello mkaawache! While you can create a shared address book in cPanel, there aren't any methods to share or sync emails amongst all email accounts under a domain that we're aware of.

With that said, I highly recommend you submit this as a feature request if this is something you would like to see available inside of cPanel and WHM! You can submit a new feature request at our site here:

https://features.cpanel.net/

Our feature request site is actively reviewed and curated by our development team to identify potential future build plans and to accept ideas and suggestions from our community. Adding a feature request here will allow the rest of cPanel's users to vote for it if it's something they would like to see implemented as well.

While we cannot guarantee that all requests will be accepted, this is the best way to make suggestions visible to the teams that build cPanel.

Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns!

Just the contacts address book, yes; however, there is not currently a supported method of syncing all emails to every email address under a domain.

With incoming emails, you could create a filter to redirect emails from 1 specific address to multiple emails using multiple "Redirect To" rules. More on email filters can be found here:

How to create a mail filter to filter email from a specific address

For the shared contacts, you can create a shared address book using Calendars and Contacts. You can find our documentation on this here:

Thanks again for the support.

I am new to cPanel so please be patient with me;)

So my question also can I create an address book in default email via roundcube and share automatically in all other addresses (contacts only)
So whenever I create new email account on the domain and login into it automatically it will sync the shared address book.

The shared address book is toggled under the default account's "Manage" functionality in cPanel » Email Accounts. Roundcube does not have a shared address book available, so you will want to use Horde.

If you wish to use Roundcube, however, you would need to utilize the process outlined here:

How to Set Up Calendars and Contacts - Roundcube 1.4 for desktop
