How to skin the addoncgi pages?

I am working on my own skin that is more then just adding a new header and footer. I have not had any major problems until now. I want to completely change the way the addoncgi scripts pages look. For example the phpBB page. I have looked at the code and all it really has is the <cpanel Addons=listaddons()> tag. Is there anywhere I can go to change the look of these pages? Any help would be great!

The layout of these actually cannot be changed.

    Go on, have a guess
No. The Addon scripts are stored in /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/ and are called addon_*.cgi and aren't template driven and the text is hard-coded within the CGI scripts.

No You can't, it is generated by Cpanel dynamically.

Chirpy and Billy, you can actually modify hardcoded text using some PHP hacks and smart regex.
