How to sort WHM’s left column (Server Configuration, Support, Networking Setup, …)?

Is there any way to sort WHM’s left column of headers alphabetically? It’s always been in this layout:

Server Configuration
Support
Networking Setup
Security Center
Server Contacts
Resellers
...
Plugins

Which I’m sure made sense at one point, but it’s kind of a pita to find anything unless you’re in WHM so often you have the whole list memorized.

Thanks,
Michael

I don't believe you can sort it.

I usually keep sections open that I use more and close the other sections.

Also if you start typing in the upper left field for what you're looking for it will remove the non-matched options.

I think it was suggested before (when they changed the layout of the "panels" (which made people really mad)) that you should be able to group your favorite tools in the home panel.
As with a lot of other great suggestions, it was just ignored.

Hi kdean, Dennis,

I was sorta expecting both of what y'all said. I did see:

WHM »Home »cPanel »Customization »Customize Style

and kinda wondered if there was something similar for WHM. Although it'd probably be more of a pita to create a whole new style/theme that just living with the current disorganization ;)

Hopefully one of the cPanel folks will add a reply.

Best,
Michael

Thanks, that looks like it'd do it. But you're right, definitely a bunch more work than it's probably worth :(

Thanks,
Michael

PS: How do I add [Solved] to the OP title again?
I have to do that part of it, which I'll go ahead and do! If you do end up writing a customization, it might be awesome to include it here on the forums in the community tutorials and guides section to help others
