I searched a lot for tutorials but I found nothing.
In my Cpanel directory are a lot of executables.

I asked someone, he said I have to run a command,
    but don't know which command.

Please tell me what to do.

    Kindest Regards,
    Azonic

    /etc/rc.d/init.d/cpanel3 restart

    (from SSH as root)
This should fire up the user-end and the administrative backend.

    (https://YOUR.HOSTNAME.HERE:2087 = admin side)
