How to stop bounced emails

i have large vbulletin with more than 4500 members thats sends notification emails to members

some members mail acounts have been cancilled with hotmail or yahoo or what ever and i get lot of "notice to the sender thst the mail could not be deliverd" emails how can i stop that kind of mass email ?

Either use email filters or disable those vbulletin accounts. The point it you're meant to get those bounces and you should act on them - it's your resonsibility as the server administrator/owner of the forum.

What if the bounces are going to the the ISP?

Where in VBulletin can we change this?
