Every morning I see a `cgi-bin` directory in my host accounts.

In `Home » Server Configuration » Basic cPanel & WHM Setup` I have "Automatically create a cgi-bin script alias. This setting can be individually overridden during account creation." set to **No**

How can I stop WHM/cPanel from creating a `cgi-bin` directory each day?
