    Hello,

We are web hosting provider and we have users accounts with some packages on cPanel-WHM (version of cPanel-WHM is 72.0.10) .

In those packages are dedicated number of add-on domain.

If a user have for example 2 permited add-on domains and want to pay just one add-on domain, how we can suspend one domain. We can decrease number of add-on domain on account for this user on WHM. User then can not add any new add-on domain, but it seems that 2 existing add-on domains remain working.
How to suspend one add-on domain?

    Best regards,
    Elizabeta

    Hello @Elizabeta,

It's not possible to suspend an individual addon domain name. You'd need to delete the addon domain name from the cPanel account to disable it after reducing the number of allowed addon domain names on the package associated with the account. I encourage you to open a feature request if you'd like to see an option to suspend individual addon domains:

    Thank you.

    Hello Michael,

Thank you very much for your answer.

Is it possible to delete individual addon domain from WHM or via command line? Is there any instruction for this?

    Best regards,
    Elizabeta

    Hi @Elizabeta,

Yes, you can use the following cPanel API 2 function to delete an addon domain via the command line:

    cPanel API 2 Functions - AddonDomain::deladdondomain - Developer Documentation - cPanel Documentation

    EX:

    Code:
    cpapi2 --user=username AddonDomain deladdondomain domain=addondomain.com subdomain=addondomain_example.com

    Thank you.
