    Hello;

    Simply, I want to synchronize tow websites ( mirroring ), but the point is that I want only to mirror the website files without the .httaccess files or server folders like ( _vti_pvt, _vti_cnf …. Etc ), I just want to mirror HTML and the other regular files ( images, docs, …etc )

    Any one can help with that ??

    Thank you in advance.

    Use rsync with the --exclude-from=File. File would contain a list of files or directories to be excluded.

    no replies yet ?

    Any way, I was thinking of using ssl instead of ssh, as I don't have a root access, I am an end user , only cPanel that I can access.

    Any ideas how to do so ?

    Thanks
