How to transfer emails from previous server.

Hi,
Could anyone inform me how I am able to transfer my email messages which I haven't read from my previous server to the new one?
I change hosting company and plan before every account download their messages.
Fortunately, I still have the IP of the previous server and login info.
Thanks...

Does the old and new server both have cpanel? If so I'd just do a full backup and restore it, if that doesn’t work the files would be located in the “mail” directory when you first FTP in.
