It keeps creating 8mb log files that I have to download. arghhh!!

also there is this ARPA error message that I keep getting, is this ok?
I don't know how to kill the emails. But I can say neomail is your friend. Before you use pop to download your email login to that account and look at/delete the server check email. That way you don't have to download it. It's not a cure but it may ease the pain.
They were not that bad until all the pop logins starting showing up. Now the info you want/need to see is hidden in thousands of pop logins.
It would be nice if you could change the email address it's sent to. And could filter out all the pop logins.
