Hello,

Since I am turning my back to Cobalt, I would like to know whether the new platform I will be using has the same options.

Is it possible to turn off PHP for each virtual site separately?

Is it possible to turn PHP off per server or for all virtual sites at the same time or should I just not install it?

Is it possible to turn off PHP per IP-number (if I host more than one IP-number on one server)?

If so, how can I do it in a simple manner? I want to host about 600 virtual sites per server with all different options, so I must be able to turn PHP off per site.

Thank you!

Jan Jansma

P.S. If there are any other options wich Cobalt has much better than Cpanel, I would like to know that.

i would like to do this too, hope somebody could shed some light

i dont want users to read source code from other user scripts or accessing files with important information.

what would be the limitations of running safemode on? Can we change this setting trough WHM or will we need to edit the httpd.conf file?

regards

Sorry, but that is not true!

You can turn PHP off per virtual site, but then you would have to enable it on each one.
