How to upgrade Bind?

    I am running bind-9.2.1-16. How do I upgrade to the latest version?

    If you're running an up to date OS, you should use the version released by your OS vendor. What OS are you running?

    Well, since you're running an unsupported OS and Fedora Legacy hasn't issued any updates, if you want to upgrade you are going to have to do so from source:

    upgrade to centos since rh9 is no longer supported.
