How to use XML API with Asp.net

hi.
I read: http://forums.cpanel.net/f42/how-use-xml-api-asp-net-156873-p2.html and we are doing same but we had a program that works before security tokens come, it is with asp.net (VB.net) after security tokens come it didnt work and we get access is denied. i find out i should use security token in my url but i dont know how can i get security token after login with ASP.net, can any one helps?
