How to view the contents of a folder in file manager? How to rename a file or a folder in it n delete?

Click the image of the folder to open it, click the name of the folder to manage it. When clicked, look to the top right corner of page for options on what you can do with it.

That is the way to do it, but in my opinion it is much easier to do it through FTP.
