In previous versions of cPanel we had the ability to put IP address who could relay directly in /etc/alwaysrelay which antirelayd would always authorize. However in 11.32, Antirelayd seems to be disabled by default so we cant store IP addresses in that file. I dont want to turn on antirelayd, but I don't know where to whitelist IP addresses which can always relay.

Why wouldn't you want to turn on antirelayd precisely?
