    Hi,

    If the following :

    Code:
WHM -> Service Configuration -> Exim Configuration Editor

Ratelimit: incoming SMTP connections that do not send QUIT, have recently matched an RBL, or have attacked the server.

is set to "on" it also ratelimits our own servers. How can these be whitelisted in some way?

Should they be added to "Backup MX hosts" ?

    Thanks.

    Thanks,

    Hello,

You may want to whitelist those IPs for both of these settings in WHM > Exim Configuration Editor area:

    Thanks!
