How do I disable mail from one user? There account is sending spam and the cliam they arn't doing it just because the account has no emails.

Have you got proof its them sending ?

If you have id get rid of them before its to late

I have proof that there account is sending 30,000+ emails an hour, but they don't have any email accounts and I think it may be a script they have that is letting someone ELSE do it...

I would personally suspend the account and look into their scripts.

Needless to say, 30k emails/hour would raise a few eyebrows with us.

Yes, it is odd but there website is popular and we never had troubles with them before, the spam has nothing to do with there website!

We think it may be some hacker got into there account. The user is on a shared server anyway and we forgot to set a hourly limit which ours is 250/hr for shared servers. Needless to say even 30k/hr emails didn't harm our server much at all.:D
