Funny, but file perms are no longer (IMO) automatic when Grant All is issued?. Regardless, you should be able to add via PhpMyAdmin or MySql at ssh/commandline. Make sure you assign the appropriate perms to /temp!

I have an user user_name (Privileges: ALL PRIVILEGES) but when I try to import data from a file (chmod 777) it gives me this error:

Importing data... Access denied for user: 'user_name@localhost' (Using password: YES)

Can you tel me how can I assign the appropriate perms to add file privileges from ssh? thanks again!
