Howto change webmail's port root directory

Helo everyone,
I hope any expert here can answer.

Is there any way to change webmail's port root document directory.
For example the root document for 2095 is pointed to /usr/local/share/squirrelmail/

So when someone opening www.domain.com:2095 it will open to that directory.

It seems that you wish to change default squirrelmail interface to some other webmail interface like Horde OR RoundCube. Is this true?
