howto customize items in X, X2, Xmail?

When I give Webspace to unskilled people, I sometimes would like to disable some of the items like mysql etc.

Or, I'd like to provide access to awstats or webalizer to Xmail Cpanels. How can that be achieved? Found no documentaion on that.

Or, does anyone know of a customizable Cpanel?
