I want to install CentOS-5.4-x86_64-cPanel.iso from a USB flash drive to my new tower (will be used as a server, but lacks an optical drive). The motherboard supports booting from removable drives (like USB flash drives). I was able to use Unetbootin to burn the disc image to the flash drive, and changed the motherboard BIOS to boot from the USB drive, however when I get to the bootloader and menus, I get lost. Can someone help me successfully install the CentOS cPanel image from a USB drive? Thanks.

Are you saying the system fails to boot from the USB drive? I've used Unetbootin before but have had various problems with it. Lately for these types of installs I have used the app below and it works flawlessly. The CentOS cPanel image won't be one of the default ones so you'll have to specify it as a custom ISO but it should work just fine.
