howto offer instant activation?

Hi,

i want to instantly activate a cpanel account once a customer ordered an account & domain.

Is there a way to have a "alias host/Domain" online until the "real" domainname is ordered and online ?

Because userdirs are set on in the apache config, accounts which dont have the DNS pointing the name can be accessed by http://server.host.tld/~username
