I have a VPS with SuPHP basic configuration and my users cant use their own .htaccess files, how can enable to globally allow them to use .htaccess files? is there a setting in WHM to enable this?

    Thanks.

They should be able to by default I believe. When you say "can't use their own .htaccess" what's that mean exactly? Anything at all or specific things they add break the site?
