.htaccess dont enforce for all subfolders.

    public_html/.htaccess
    public_html/ - works
    public_html/myfolder/ - works
    public_html/myfolder/images/ - does not work

and i dont have no .htaccess in images.

Main >> Server Configuration >> Tweak Settings
Depth to recurse for .htaccess checks [?]
The maximum number of directories deep to look for .htaccess files when doing .htaccess checks. Values higher than 100 are discouraged.
does not seem to affect it.

To be clear, from cPanel you have password protected the public_html directory and cannot access it, nor the /myfolder/ as expected.
But you can access the /images/ folder inside of /myfolder/
    Is that correct?

I did not do anyting from cPanel i created .htaccess file manually and put

    ErrorDocument 403 http://mysite.com/error.html
    Order Deny,Allow
    Deny from all
    Allow from 11.22.33.44.55

Now this only works for folder where its at i.e. /public_html/ and immidiate subfolder /public_html/myfolder/images/ but for folder /public_html/myfolder/images/ it already dont do it.
