.htaccess rewrite rule error

Hi,

I added RewriteRule ^(.*)\/(\?.*)?$ $1$2 [R=301,L] to delete the last / of an URL, but now my website is messed up, how can I undo this change?

I deleted the line, but still when i try to push the link I get: The requested URL /home/nicolke113/domains/domain.com/public_html/About was not found on this server.
