I tried to protect some directories in my custom control panel
with .htaccess end password file but it does not work.

someone could help me ?

Did you try searching about .htaccess on this forum?
What exactly is happening when the .htaccess / .htpasswd files are created? Are they blank.... or ?

Is you httpd.conf tweaked to allow for this to function correctly?
