HTML Editor Not Showing Entire File

I asked my hosting provider about this and they said to check with cPanel. Hopefully I'm posting this is the correct forum.

I'm trying to edit an html file in file manager. When I right click, HTML edit, it only opens half the file. It's like the bottom half is being cutoff.

It's been happening for the past few days. Any new files I upload are this way, anything that was already uploaded is fine.

Any ideas?
