    Hi,

I have problem here with HTML editor in Cpanel. It seem when i try to edit the file using HTML editor the page just hang and show "Loading HTML Editor".

Same result if i choose "Edit" or "Code Editor"

But i dont have problem if i edit it using Legacy File manager.

    Did anyone have the solution?

    Thanks.

    Nick,

I am having the same issue on WHM 11.15.0 cPanel 11.18.2-R21613. I just put in a support ticket. I also tried running an upgrade to current and 11.18.3-C21683 is having the same issue.

    Thanks,

There are two different unique issues related to this.

    1) The html editor does not work in symlinked directories. This has been resolved in 11.19.3, 11.18.3 (EDGE,CURRENT)

    2) rvskin does not support the new html editor yet*.

    * There may be an update out that we don't know about.

Our clients reported that 11.18.3-C21703 still have a problem. Any suggestion?

I tested on WHM 11.19.0 cPanel 11.19.3-E21697 without to update RVSkin. All are working again including new HTML editor. I will check it extensively again.

filemanager/popups seems to be missing some of the newer files on the servers I saw. Make sure the .json files in filemanager are symlinked as well

I still not find any .json file in filemanager in X3. Where is the real location of the files?

    Hi,

The new release 8.32 of RVSkin this morning fixes our issues with the HTML Editor not loading. However it seems there is a bug and the editor can not open files with a space in their name. We have submited a bug report to cpanel for this as it occurs with X3 skin as well.
