HTML Editor(wysiwygpro) under File Manger Error

I got this error after click the HTML editor in Cpanel File Manager:

Warning: main(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/WysiwygPro/editor_files/config.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/user:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/user/public_html/.wysywigPro_edit_helpsample_html.php on line 39

Just know that open_basedir also take effect under port 2082, and 2083. Please fix it, or switch HTMLeditor back to HTMLarea.
