HTML mail client problem

    What is cPanel is going do about the clients that wish to have a webmail that will be able to send and recieve html mail in the future?

    You can add the html_mail plugin for squirrelmail. Works very nicely. Also add View as Html plug-in to receive HTMl mail in SquirrelMail

    Looks pretty interesting - thanks for the tip.

    Personally, I'll hold off until cPanel moves to Squirrelmail 1.42+ which will allow the plugin without patching the source code.

    Actually upgrading to 1.42 is easy but there are still problems with html_mail, its a program error and the authors need to get this fixed. There is much documentation on the error if you search Google. Also with SM 1.5 already out as development package, cPanel is falling behind in updating its email programs (including Horde as well). To get the latest you will need to do a manual install or wait ages for cPanel to catch up.
