Can you run EA3 with the default Basic Profile listed there to get you going again? Once you do, then upload the profile you backed up from your other server and use it, to rebuild Apache, again.

Or, edit that Basic Profile shown and add your options from the other server, manually to duplicate your settings and rebuild.
