    Hello,
on 2 of my 6 servers happen this strange thing.
If I go via ssh in the top command I see the processes of the server and the load average is about 0.02 - 0.08 - 0.13

Anyway, about 1 times every minutes I see something like this :

PID USER PRI NI SIZE RSS SHARE STAT %CPU %MEM TIME COMMAND
    29446 root 15 0 5144 5144 4996 S 0.9 0.5 0:07 httpd

PID USER PRI NI SIZE RSS SHARE STAT %CPU %MEM TIME COMMAND
    29446 root 15 0 5144 5144 4996 S 99.9 0.5 0:07 httpd

PID USER PRI NI SIZE RSS SHARE STAT %CPU %MEM TIME COMMAND
    29446 root 15 0 5144 5144 4856 S 1.7 0.5 0:08 httpd

as you can see the http go to 99.9 and after 1 or 2 seconds it come back to 0.x%
This happen even with exim and mysql and from the cpu story of whm I cannot see anything strange.
if I try to trace that process I see a lot of SIGHTERM and fork (like the program is hanged).
If I restart http from the whm it kill the process and the problem will return on a different process.

    Any idea to check ?

    Thank you
