    Hi,

I found that HTTP_REFERER in phpinfo() always return

    https://server.com:2087/scripts/command

instead of prior visted site. Does cpanel do something before display the site? How can I correct it?

    Thank you.
    Kiat.

Bug submitted ... seems to default to whatever the referrer was when you used WHM to restart Apache. So if you restart Apache by typing https://your.server:2087/scripts/reshttpd (and not by clicking on a link) then the symptom goes away. Weird.

Been running into the bug myself a few times on one of the servers. Thanks for posting the quick fix. Just wish doing the quick click to restart wouldn't mess it up.

Anyone find a more permanent solution for this yet? I have at least one user who's getting slightly aggrivated over this. I'll probably have to go in and replace the link in the WHM with the url to instructions on restarting apache if this keeps up. Poor user's smilies in the support tickets have morphed into frownies.

Has anyone found a fix? Has DarkOrb even acknowledged the problem's existance? My referer loving customer is about red in the face I'd imagine. The perldesk ticket from them that continuously gets re-opened is growing rather large.

    Any idea?
    http://ipaddress:2086/scripts/command as the referrer ??

Apache should set the HTTP_REFERER variable itself. This is quite odd.

build 25 should clean HTTP_REFERER from the env before starting apache. Please try restarting it in WHM after upgrading.
