    Hello All,

One of our reseller suspended an account on the server. After the account been suspended apache failed to restart logging following error in the error log.

[Thu Jun 5 11:29:09 2003] [notice] SIGUSR1 received. Doing graceful restart

After adding the user manually from the shell apache strated successfully.

Can anyone tell why this happened?

    Thank you,
