httpd.conf location

    Hi,

    Thought I'd post this as I never find it on these forums.

    If you're looking for the httpd.conf file in case Cpanel messes up and doesn't register the IP's to the domains properly you can find it here via SSH:

    pico /usr/local/apache/conf/http.conf

    That's where it is located in most setups, but not all. If you ever want to know where something is, just use locate in shell.

    eg. locate httpd.conf
