[Fri Oct 20 14:20:28 2006] [warn] NameVirtualHost 72.232.77.109:80 has no VirtualHosts
Syntax OK
What is the problem with the missing directories? I know some of them were deleted by the owners.

Also what is this about :

[Fri Oct 20 14:25:42 2006] [warn] NameVirtualHost 72.232.77.109:80 has no VirtualHosts
Syntax OK
I know there are virtual hosts in httpd.conf as ive checked.

Any ideas guys?

Your missing directories are probably subdomains where the directory was deleted but the entry in httpd.conf still exists and therefore can not find it. Your user should have deleted the subdomain from there account instead of deleting just the directory.

As far as your no virtual hosts, it just means you have an active IP available that have no accounts associated with it which is normal.
