httpd: could not open document config

    root@server [~]# httpd restart
    httpd: could not open document config file /usr/local/apache/conf/modsec2.user.conf

    what is my problem? i have remote this file on my server how i can restore this file

    That error message indicates the following file does not exist, or is not accessible:

    Code:
    /usr/local/apache/conf/modsec2.user.conf
    This file needs to exist if you have enabled Mod Security via EasyApache. You can either create the file and leave it empty with no rules, add your own custom rules, or add the default rules which can be found in the following file:

    /usr/local/apache/conf/modsec2.user.conf.default
