My httpd has been dying periodically recently and WHM doesn't seem to see it at all, and thus apache isn't being automatically restarted. I see the following in my error_log right before it dies. This problem is huge for me because clients get mad that their sites go down often and yet I don't know about it and WHM doesn't restart it either. Help?

httpd: module &mod_log_bytes.c& could not be loaded, because the dynamic
module limit was reached. Please increase DYNAMIC_MODULE_LIMIT and recompile.
Zend Optimizer requires Zend Engine API version 20001224.
The Zend Engine API version 20010710 which is installed, is newer.
Contact Zend Technologies at http://www.zend.com/ for a later version of Zend Optimizer.
