Not sure whats happening but basically every 45 seconds or so browsing will be interrupted on my server, a quick refresh brings the page back.. after investigating i can see apache is restarting every 45 seconds or around abouts.
i did get some errors earlier but they have gone away and httpd is now showing as UP, also apache restarts manually fine but it does not remove the error.
any suggestions?

then i got lots of these caused by a cron script:httpd failed @ Tue Aug 7 21:59:09 2012. A restart was attempted automagically.
