I'm getting constant restarts of apache. Apache seems to be running fine.

httpd failed @ Tue Jun 16 19:42:16 2009. A restart was attempted automagically.
    Service Check Method: [tcp connect]

Failure Reason: Unable to connect to port 80

I do have one IP address that I'm running lighttpd on instead of apache, is that the problem? It never seemed to be an issue before.

This happened after our hard drive failed, and I had to reinstall everything.

argh, nevermind, I sorted it out. it seems curl is causing apache & php to segfault.

Now to figure out why

No, I take that back. Apache restarts, THEN the segfaults begin. I can get them to stop by doing /etc/init.d/httpd stop and /etc/init.d/httpd start until cpanel tries to restart it again.

Check your crons. I faced the same problem few days back. Eventually it turned out that one of the cronjobs was calling another script ( meant for some automatic updates ) which required apache to restart every time some update was done. Probably, you also can check on that.
