    Hey,

I'm having problems with my server, basically apache keeps restarting then the end result is that it goes down, then after 10-20 minutes it comes back up again. Where can I look to find a solution for the problem, or why would this be happening?

    Thanks.

This is what cPanel says the problem is:
Failure Reason: Unable to connect to port 80

    Go on, have a guess
You need to check if anything has bound to port 80:

    netstat -lpn | grep :80

If it has, kill off the PID and then restart Apache:

    /scripts/restartsrv_httpd

If it still fails to start, check the apache error log in /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log to see what is reported.
