mv /etc/apache2 /etc/apache2bk
yum reinstall ea-apache* -y
/scripts/rebuildhttpdconf
/scripts/restartsrv_httpd
This will solve your problem!

I'm actually not sure that will solve the issue as the error is related to the ModSecurity tools.
