When trying to restart Apache, I get the following:

Code:
Waiting for httpd to restart..............finished.

httpd (/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/bin/whostmgr ./reshttpd) running as root with PID 10916

httpd has failed, please contact the sysadmin.
I've run an update (/scripts/upcp --force), with no improvement.

What errors are logged by Apache when the issue occurs?

The following command may be used to monitor Apache logs when triggering a restart via WHM:
Code:
# tail -fvn0 /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log
