HTTPD running 9 times?!

Just had a quick look at the CPU Usage screen and noticed the following process is running 9 times, each session using an average of 2.8 is memory:

/usr/local/apache/bin/httpd -DSSL

Is this normal?

If I remember correctly, there is only one 'real' process, with the other's are child processes from it, not 100% sure on it but I have the same number on my server and as it gets busier more appear. Definitely nothing to worry about though
